- Can you custom make X system for my car?
Depending on lead times, we may be able to custom make a system for your vehicle. Our current systems are designed to be flexible. If your request is based on one of our existing systems then we can customize it to your liking. Standard consulting rates will apply. - Why do you only offer Android apps?
Our apps are specifically designed to work with Android head unit replacement products and look like they are part of a vehicle infotainment. It is very unlikely Apple will offer something similar in the future. Alternatively, our apps can be used on any Android device running Android 7 or higher with BLE connectivity. - Will software updates be included?
Yes, if the newer software version is compatible with your hardware. Fixes, patches and other improvements will also be included for the lifetime of the product. - Can I return a product?
Products are made to order and non-returnable. - What happens if I break something during installation?
You will be able to purchase a replacement part, based on part location and damage. - Do you offer a warranty?
Products are extensively tested before being shipped out. However, if a problem occurs we will provide a replacement free of charge within 90 days of purchase, if product was not mishandled or installed incorrectly.
- How long will it take to build/ship a product?
This will be based on part availability and lead times. Shoot us an email and we will let you know. Generally, an ambient illumination system takes about 4 days to build, assuming all parts are in stock. - I found a product similar to yours that is cheaper/more expensive. What are the differences?
Our products are custom designed, run custom developed firmware and software and custom built to order. Extensive effort has been put into making sure they fully integrate with the vehicle and is not simply tacked on. Some components are universal such as LEDs, microcontrollers, etc., but we cannot speak to the quality of other custom built systems. - Do your products come with installation instructions?
Our products come with general installation instructions, wiring connections, etc. They do not cover specific car panel disassembly procedures. You can generally find these online, or in the workshop manual of the specific vehicle. - Can I install this on my own?
It depends on the product. A lot of installation is simply plug and play so if you are used to modding your own car, then most likely yes. If you are unfamiliar on how to tap power in a vehicle or basic safety procedures, then you should have a professional handle the installation.

We will promptly reply to requests that cover a valid product/installation issue/problem. However, installation support is not offered with the purchase of our products. The installation manuals cover all necessary areas. - Can I resell a product I purchased from you?
Absolutely. However, replacement parts and software access/updates will only be provided to the original owner. - When will you make a system for my car?
New systems will be developed based on demand. Currently we are focusing our efforts on upgrading W221 and W216 vehicles with existing ambient illumination systems to more modern standards. If you would like something custom developed for your vehicle shoot us an email. However, keep in mind that developing something from scratch takes a lot of man hours and standard consulting rates will apply. - Can I purchase only part of a system, if I am not interested in certain components?
Certain accommodations can be made and pricing adjusted accordingly. However, keep in mind that coding of apps and firmware will incur custom development costs. Systems are designed to work as a whole and removing parts will require changes to both firmware and software.
